Solfrid holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Ålesund University College, specializing in construction. She has several courses within Management, QHSE and risk management.

Solfrid has 23 years of experience from Pon Power, with experience from Project Engineering, Sales & Contracts, Supply Chain and QHSE. She has worked for Jotne Industrier building up their QHSE management system. She has extensive experience in business development within a growing organization. Solfrid has a long experience in fulfilling high demands within QHSE from the offshore and maritime industry.

Solfrid combines her operational experience with a pragmatic approach to develop and maintain a suitable management system for Flocean.​
