Aqaba Water Company and FSubsea recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding, paving the way for providing sustainable and cost-competitive “subsea-harvested” freshwater to the upcoming innovative Agri-Food Tech Corridor in Aqaba.
Erlend Mjaavatten, FSubsea’s VP of Digital Solutions marked the signature by a visit to the first project headed for the Agri-Food Tech Corridor, Sahara Forest Projects pilot plantation in Aqaba. Here we got to see and taste what will be the literal fruits of our labor, together with representatives from the Jordanian Senate, The Norwegian Embassy in Jordan (H.E: Ambassador Espen Lindbæk), Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority and the Aqaba Development Corporation.
