We use cookies to optimize our website and our service. We use this information in order to improve and customize your browsing experience and for analytics and metrics about our visitors on this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers that process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements that are compliant with Norwegian law “Lov om behandling av personopplysninger”. Your personal data is stored in our computer systems (Microsoft office 365, Hubspot, ERP and SharePoint applications).

• The right to request that your personal data is changed if inaccurate or out of date

• The right to request that your personal data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for Flocean to retain such data.

• The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (e.g., newsletter subscription).

Non-conformance

If we experience that confidential personal data has been compromised, we are obliged to notify Datatilsynet within 72 hours. All deviations from this procedure shall in addition be reported in our own NCR database SIMPLI Better.
