Nils Halvor Heieren

Nils holds a M.Sc. in mechanical engineering from NTNU, Norway, specialized in hydropower and dynamic fluid flow.

Nils brings with him more than 25 years industrial experience, primarily with technology and product development. His career includes 11 years with WesternGeco/Schlumberger as a Project Engineer, several managerial positions, and 7 years with Magseis/Magseis Fairfield as VP Engineering and Chief Technology Officer.

Nils has built a high-tech R&D organization to go from market entry to becoming the leading industry player, and from being privately owned to listed on Oslo Stock Exchange. Other focus areas include strategic supply chains, development of the IP portfolio, due diligence in M&A processes and subsequent integration. Nils is very analytical with a strong business focus, and to him, there is nothing which beats delivering strong results as a team.
